Member of the Board of Directors (m/f/d)

We are looking for: Member of the Board of Directors (m/f/d) – Approx. 10 days/year commitment
For an established and innovation-driven Swiss MedTech SME, we are seeking a committed and experienced Board Member with a strong background in Operational Excellence. The company is on a stable growth trajectory and aims to further strengthen its strategic and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic development and direction of the company at board level

• Act as a sparring partner for the executive management on topics such as operational efficiency, scalability, and supply chain management

• Provide valuable input for transformation processes, innovation projects, and sustainable business development

• Share responsibility for the company’s long-term positioning in a highly dynamic and regulated market environment

Your profile:

• Several years of leadership experience at executive management or board level in an industrial manufacturing company (>100 employees), ideally in the medical technology sector or a related regulated industry

• In-depth expertise in production, manufacturing, supply chain, lean management, and operational excellence

• Currently in an operational leadership role (e.g., COO, VP Operations, Head of Operations) to ensure close ties to the market and industry

• Proven success in strategy development, business optimization, and change management

• Strong knowledge of the Swiss industrial landscape, particularly in the MedTech sector

• Personal integrity, independence, a solution-oriented mindset, and an appreciative communication style

• Fluent in English, German is a plus
